HOW TO ORDER

To place an order with Wine Fayre please follow the simple steps below:-

  • Browse the product categories online, via the Wine Store, adding the number of cases of your choice of wines to your basket. You can also browse our Special Promotions and What's New items.
  • Once you have completed your selections, click on "Checkout" where you will be taken to the account login screen. If you have already registered with us, please enter you email address and password. If this is the first time you have placed an order with us, please click the "New User"  button to create an account.
  • Complete the information and please ensure that your delivery address and your delivery instructions are correct, then click "Next" to continue to the confirmation screen.
  • Please re-check that all your information is correct, then click on "Process Order".
  • You will then be transferred to Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) for secure order processing and personal detail security. Enter your payment details, then click on "Make Payment".
  • Your order will then be processed and you will receive an email with an order number, confirming details of your order, which you should retain for any correspondance with us.

When ordering from us, please bear in mind that: -

  • All of our wines are available in cases of 6 (not 12) bottles – of either the same wine or, where offered, in pre-mixed selections – so minimum orders are for at least 6 bottles (i.e. 1 x 6 bottle case).
  • All of our prices reflect our low overhead, are quoted per case of 6 bottles and include free delivery to your home or other nominated Mainland GB delivery address (including Islands connected to Mainland GB by road-bridge) but, in order for this to be economic, your order must be for at least 18 bottles (i.e. 3 x 6 bottle cases), otherwise a £10 delivery contribution will automatically be charged.
  • Your order will normally be delivered within a maximum of 14 Days.  In the unlikely event that you have not received it by then, please contact us promptly (quoting your order number) and we will deal with the matter as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • If any of our wines go out of stock, we won't (unlike many other Wine Merchants) take the liberty of substituting it - you will be given the option of selecting an alternative.
  • It really is true that the more you pay for wine, the more you are paying towards the wine itself – because virtually all of the costs in the retail price of a bottle of wine (apart from the cost of the wine itself) are fixed.
  • If, for any reason, you are dis-satisfied with any wine that we supply to you and you inform us of this reasonably promptly, we will arrange to re-collect it and either replace it or refund the price – at your option.
  • Equally, if you find any of our wines listed cheaper elsewhere in GB (other than on special offer) and you are good enough to alert us to this at the time, we will happily refund the price difference to you and reduce our list price correspondingly.
  • If you have any queries or want any advice, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Fully-completing your order (including your delivery instructions) helps you get what you want from us.
